For this project, I conducted a case study on Optus Pro, exploring how AI-driven solutions can enhance performance, efficiency, and customer engagement in competitive environments. Witchfire Go-to-Market Strategy Overview
As part of a Full Sail University project, I developed a full Go-to-Market strategy for Witchfire, a dark fantasy FPS with roguelike elements. The plan covered pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases, focusing on community building, influencer outreach, platform partnerships, and targeted ad campaigns. Each phase was designed to maximize visibility, drive early access adoption, and build long-term player engagement for this unique, spell-slinging shooter.
Legal Writing & Player Contracts Overview
At Full Sail University, I completed a Legal Writing course that sharpened my ability to draft clear, structured, and enforceable documents for the esports industry. Applying these skills, I wrote official player contracts for X Element, outlining terms for compensation, team expectations, brand responsibilities, and tournament commitments. The contracts were designed to protect both the organization and its players while promoting a professional and transparent team environment.
