I’m the founder of X Element, a competitive gaming and lifestyle brand built from the ground up to elevate players, creators, and fans. I’ve led every aspect of its growth—building esports teams, securing sponsors, producing events, and developing merch and content strategies. I’ve taken our semipro Call of Duty and TEKKEN 8 players across the country, from Miami and Texas to Chicago, Kansas City, Boston, and Las Vegas—competing, connecting, and putting X Element on the map. Everything we do is rooted in one mission: believe in yourself, be yourself, because we do.
JC Twisters
As the Esports Coordinator for Junction City, I built the Twisters from the ground up. I was responsible for designing the entire program—developing team structure, selecting competitive titles, purchasing equipment on a $40K budget, and creating educational sessions on social media, branding, and professional development. From organizing tryouts to building a culture of growth and competition, I’ve focused on laying a strong foundation for both team success and long-term sustainability.
